The platform and classification system was born from frustration on behalf of constipated patients worldwide. Developed by Catherine Stack, Doctor of Naturopathy and a Certified Nurse Midwife, Constipation Clinic is the absolute best platform for guidance in constipation relief, for both patient and provider. Catherine has also developed the New Classification System, CS Constipation Identification System, that bridges the communication gap for patients and their healthcare providers. This system is simple, easy to understand and leads to much more effective protocols when it comes to relieving constipation.

I have learned so much from those struggling with constipation. Hundreds of patients have educated me more than any book, class or study ever has. Based on this education, I have come up with a system that helps to identify the specific type of constipation in order to help you, the constipated individual, and your provider, speak the same language.
There is nothing more rewarding than helping someone overcome these issues, or at the very least, be armed with the tools to help them stay on top of things. It was the motivating factor behind writing my book, “Free Yourself from a CONSTIPATED Life” back in 2013.
Most people have asked, “As a midwife, you deliver babies. How is this more rewarding than that?” I say, good question and although I have LOVED my role as a midwife for more than 24 years, helping people unconstipate their lives has become even more rewarding. I am passionate about helping healthcare providers better serve their patients by having the conversation and educating their patients on how to prevent and treat constipation without the use of prescription medications or at the very least, in combination when necessary. Eventually, medications may be a helpful tool, but this is not where anyone should start to address constipation.
I am passionate advocate for the addition of colon hydrotherapy into medical practice. If primary and GI practices would consider the addition of colon hydrotherapy to their practice, they would be amazed at the results. Whether it is a weekly or monthly session, their patients will experience better overall health and gain trust in a system that has so far failed them in this situation.
If you have any questions, I am happy to answer as best I can.
I wish you abundance in health,
Cathi
